When creating your search strings think of key word phrases instead of keywords from job descriptions.
When you find a resume from your search, with the new G3S you can select all and copy the actual resume, then paste into an email.
When you create your search string, before selecting your choice, press the save button, so you can have it in your database. Your LOAD button, is where you will find your library of strings.
Search On The Go
[ At First Glance To Use The Buttons:

"EDU": Will bring back resumes that are hosted on a university server somewhere

"Company": Will bring companies that have keywords in their "About Us" page. In this way, you can find more companies to target your sourcing efforts? Or Resumes that might have the company they worked for.

"Profile": Will search social network profiles.

"LinkedIn": Will bring back links to LinkedIn profiles and you don't have to have an advance account to do so.
"RESUMES":  Will bring resumes back based on the keywords  you entered in.
"DOCS": Will bring back resumes in Word format based on the keywords entered in.
"BLOGS": Will bring back a list of bloggers that fit my keyword. SOTG
is sourcing the profile pages of bloggers who might have their resume posted, make sure to comment on blog, so they could check you out as well, and be sure to add your LinkedIn profile, a great way to show you are a real person

"XLS": Will bring back spreadsheets with keywords, company's, emails within them.
"PDF": Will bring back resumes in PDF format or white papers, etc.
